You will receive a full assistance service, where the driver will come to pick you at the designated meeting point, help you with all your luggage and you will make your journey privately (with no other passengers you don’t know) and in full safety.

All vehicles are insured and driven by authorized and insured drivers specialized in their job.

Please Read Before Booking your Private Transfer:

• Private Transfer Reservations Requests must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Reservation requests made less than 24 hours may not be able to be confirmed. For last minute reservations please call us directly.
• YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED ONLY UPON RECEIVING OUR E-MAIL CONFIRMATION.
• Cancellations are possible via e-mail within 24 hours before the hour of the service requested. Cancellations of booked reservations are possible only via e-mail. Once received we will reply by confirming your cancellation. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS BY PHONE, TEXT MESSAGE, OR 3RD PARTY PERSONS (concierge, driver, friends, family etc).
• For last minute changes such as change in pickup or arrival time, please inform us of the new information via Email, Telephone Call or Text Message, and include your full name. If you email us, please mark URGENT in the subject line, otherwise you may not receive a reply in time as emails are answered in order they are received. Emails marked URGENT receive priority and answered as quickly as possible. If you don’t hear from us in time, please call us instead as likely we may have not received your email.
• To avoid miscommunication which will result in incorrect service, we don’t advise making changes through 3rd party persons (concierge, driver, friends, family). Last minute changes made less than 24 hours in advance are confirmed only upon availability.
• If you submit a request or email and have not heard from us within 2 business days please check your spam folder. Correct email address is required in order to receive correspondence from us.
• To ensure a secured service, cannot take reservations by phone, through your driver or other third party person. All reservations must be made via the booking form.

PLEASE  NOTE

We cannot be held responsible for any object that is left behind in any of our vehicles.It is  your responsibility to check your luggage, carry ons, phones, cameras etc. before leaving. If personal items are left behind after the drop off there would be an extra charge to have our driver take it back to the owner.

We cannot be held responsible for pick up delays due to traffic and weather conditions, protest marches, strikes, parking difficulties at the airport or port, mechanical problems, political unrest and any situations beyond our control.
In case excessive delays beyond our control prevent us from arriving within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, you will be provided with a replacement chauffeur or we will assist you in making alternative transportation plans so you your schedule will not be severely impacted.

There are many streets and alleys in Athens that are illegal or impossible to pass thru with vehicles. If this is the case our drivers will do their best to drop you off (or pick you up) as close as possible to your accommodation.

IMPORTANT

On pick ups from your hotel be suspicious if the driver comes to your hotel too early or cannot tell you your destination or your rate, if he doesn’t know your name, he is NOT OUR DRIVER.  Do not get on the vehicle before being sure it’s your driver assigned and DO NOT pay the driver if it is not the rate that you were quoted! Please call Customer Service so we can help identify and locate your driver.
